[PLMconsole xBOM Case] Bill of Materials System

Introducing examples that have led to the strengthening of information collaboration while maintaining local rules!

We would like to introduce a case where we felt the limitations of managing our parts list with Excel and decided to implement "PLMconsole." Initially, we considered general packaged products, but we gave up due to the complexity of our internal rules. As a result of rebuilding a new parts list system with this product, we were able to share information without additional license burdens both internally and at global locations. While maintaining local rules, we have strengthened the information collaboration aspects. 【Before】 ■ No parts list system; management was done using Excel and printed paper outputs ■ 3D assemblies were managed with a PDM system ■ There was no parts list system that could be used for production preparation ■ No internal part numbers (a mix of customer part numbers, manufacturer model numbers, and internal part numbers) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
